My philosophy
I provide tailored psychological therapy
I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and EMDR Therapist and I support people in the Lincoln area. If you are experiencing mental health problems such as anxiety and depression I can help you create meaningful change in your life.

As many as 1 in 4 people will be experiencing mental health difficulties right now. So if you are struggling at the moment, know that you are not alone.

In a safe and confidential environment, I can help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to gain an understanding of how they impact your quality of life. I pride myself on being creative and tailoring therapy to suit each individual, whilst using treatments that are based on results, evidence and recommended by National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE).

NICE Guidelines: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD
CBT
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the recommended talking therapy for depression and most anxiety disorders.

Seeing You As An Individual Is Key
can I HElp You?
I offer therapy for a range of emotional difficulties
Although it can help to have a diagnosis or an understanding of what the main problem is, you don't need to have these to access therapy with me. I believe it is important to see you as an individual and create a shared understanding of your needs.

Below is list of common mental health problems that I provide therapy for:
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Post Natal Depression
Social Anxiety Disorder
Health Anxiety
Agoraphobia
Panic Disorder
Personality Disorders
Phobias
Grief and Loss
Depression
Low Mood
Stress
Worry
Relationship Difficulties
Interpersonal Issues
Eating disorders
Low Self-Esteem
Body Image Issues
Low Self Confidence
Adjustment
Although this list includes examples of problems I can help with, any form of emotional distress can benefit from therapy. I believe that people do not fit into boxes and this is the approach I use in my practice.
